Software Hero
How do easily identify your biggest business problems and solve them with great software.
You have your desk full of quotes to get to your customers, you are constantly on the phone with your employees answering questions, and your bookkeeper wants two hours of your time to go over your statements.
So why are you even reading this right now?
Probably because you realized you have a problem. A problem bothering
you so much that you are desperate for a change. You need a software fix.
Luckily I’m a software junkie and I’m here to help you out.
Don’t worry, this course is just what you need at just the right ime. It should only take up about a half an hour each day — just close your eyes and visualize your problem solved, the time savings and productivity increases across your entire company. Pretty sweet, right?
Course Curriculum
This course will take you through the step by step process of identifying the problem areas in your business. There may be a few, but we will work out how to choose the most important one. This will lead us into identifying the category of software related to your kind of problem. Then we get to the meat and potatoes section where we dig deep into the features and failures of the software products available in that space. We then round things out by putting a couple of them through the torture test to see which rise to the top. Finally we will implement and measure the outcome.
Your Instructor
Throughout my 10 years in IT and Systems Administration, I spent many of my break hours looking for
new software, researching their capabilities and features, test driving
them, and filling the developers inboxes with feature requests. This
was not only a side hobby for me but gave me great insight to find
the perfect software for our company.
It struck me that this skill was needed, especially for small business owners who struggle with free time, and proclaim that they are not tech savvy. I wanted to create a solution for these hard working people that would help take the complication out of software, to get down to the core of their needs and make them productive beyond their dreams.
